6th Days of Istrian asparagus

Of 23 March until 1st of May smell of asparagus and warmth of hospitality will be found in Istrian restaurants in north Istria.Six Days of Istrian asparagus during March and April will enable true “┼íparogurmanima” enjoy imaginative, delicious and fragrant delicacies cooked on the basis of the Istrian wild asparagus, the most famous omelets, soups, homemade pasta and risotto, through skillful combination of meat and fish and delicious desserts.
