Istrian hoteliers, restaurateurs, wine and olive oil this year will be found in eight prestigious European culinary and tourist guides from the Italian and German-speaking areas in which Istria there for six years. Readers of Italian publication Le Guide de l’Espresso, which is published in 170 copies will have the opportunity to see part of the Istrian wine and food, and hotel accommodations. Istrian caterers, vintners and olive growers will be present in the magazine Jeunesse restaurateurs d’Europe which has a circulation of 100 thousand copies and publications of Papageno and Nordesteuropa, each with 20 000 copies, and with them will be presented and some hotels. Istrian winemakers will be able to present the Italian audience, and olive oil will be presented in one of the most prestigious guide Flos Olei olive oil which has a circulation of 20 thousand copies. In German-speaking Istrian restaurants will be represented through a recognized gastronomic guide Gault Millau, which comes in 35 thousand copies, and publication Wo ist Oesterreich, which has a circulation of 20 000 copies.
