15th Traditional event Golden Asparagus – Sparisada in Buie

At a press conference that was held 02.04.2012. in a restaurant-pizzeria in Aquarius Buje, presented a traditional event Asparagus – sparisada to be held this year from 13 to 15 April, of course, in the Kaštel. After the press conference in a restaurant-pizzeria Aquarius held the international culinary competition called “Golden Asparagus” on the participation of three restaurants: restaurant-pizzeria Aquarius from Buja (HR) with chefs Ambrošićem Josipom and Carmen D., Gostišče Ribič from Seče-Portoroz (SLO) with chef Sam Markunom and Ristorante Montecarlo from Trieste (I) with chef Emilio Cukom.Each contestant prepared a sequence of two dishes based on asparagus, which was rated the six expert judges and guests who attended the event.
Victory (Golden Asparagus) took the Aquarius restaurant-pizzeria in Buie, who also won the award for best evaluated preparing food – ice cream with asparagus and olive oil. Runner-up was Gostišče Ribič from Seče-Portoroz and third place winners from Montecarlo Ristorante Trieste with chef Emilio Cukom.
At this year Ottavi, the traditional fifteen Asparagus, where the kaštel is a symbol and brand will be offered an extremely rich cultural and entertainment, eno-gastronomic and sports facilities. 13.04. Concert will be held Vinko Coce, 14.04. entertainment and dancing is guaranteed by a group of “Mambo Kings”, and 15.04. Concert to remember with Tomislav Bralic and klapa Intrade. Exceptionally rich program of this event will take the top events in the area between Buie and surrounding areas.
